Well i can say that this guy is good, we was together in heroic SP and i like his healing, nice heal and fast reflex. Also i can say that he's nice person.
anyway, i think that we need to give him chance to show himself in any guild raid run

4a) Are you willing to wipe on a boss countless times in one night without whining about it? Yes, if it's a boss we havent downed before or someone hard it doesn't matter how high the repair bill goes
4b) Are you willing to use obsence amounts of gold in one night on consumables and repairs pushing an encounter? Ofcourse, if it's worth it
4c) Are you willing to dedicate several hours a week offline, studying tactics on new encounters? I often watch "How to" vids on youtube to learn more.
4d) If you for some unforgivable reason come unprepared for a new encounter not knowing the tactics, what do you do? Watch the How to vids on youtube and ask a friend who has done it before aswell.


4e) In what way did you learn about Doa? Some m8s from my old guild joined so i though i could apply too.

5a) How much time do you spend on PvP each week? I do some BGs when i have time to get some more pvp gear.
5b) Are you able to bring all the nessecery (and sometimes even unneccesary) potions, elixirs, flasks, oils, cooking food, etc. without having to skip raids? Yes, as long there is pots and stuff on AH.
3e) Do you have a mic and do you know how to use it?: Yes, I have a new good working mic.
